IOGKF Kata – Intensive Focus – Online Seminars

Shudokan Family Karate Centre and IOGKF Canada are excited to announce that they are hosting a series of online kata seminars with Nakamura Sensei. These seminars will provide an intensive focus on the history, characteristics, specific techniques, bunkai and more of the IOGKF kata.  These seminars are open to IOGKF members only – age13 and up, all ranks.

The first event focuses on Gekisai Dai Ichi.

Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Toronto, Canada Time

Fee: $20 CAD per person
