Sensei Adrienne started training karate in July, 1994 and received her black belt (Shodan) in 1997. She recently graded to 6th degree black belt (rokudan).

Sensei Adrienne enjoys travel, and attends IOGKF gasshukus (training seminars) in many countries around the world. She is also a founding member of DoKon Daiko, a Japanese taiko drumming group based in Burlington.
