Sensei Adrienne Langgartner

6th Dan

Sensei Adrienne started training karate in July, 1994 when she was looking for an activity that would be physically challenging, but a break from mental studies. She found that karate challenged her both mentally as well as physically, and has continued training with the goal of improving her techniques ever since. Sensei Adrienne received her black belt (Shodan) in 1997.

I love kata and hojo undo. I am very detailed oriented, which is why our style is so good for me. There is always something new to learn, even in Gekisai Dai Ichi.
