Students will begin to learn the depth of this Okinawan fighting art that has been passed down through generations. Traditional martial arts are designed to train for one’s whole life, so students may start at any age and physical condition and will learn at their own pace and ability.
Classes are for students who train for various reasons such as to learn self defense, get fit, lose weight, learn a traditional martial arts and for personal discipline. Okinawan Goju-Ryu can meet and exceed all of these needs. Our classes are challenging both mentally, physically and you will find that all our instructors and senior members are very helpful and respectful.
